Hybrid Rooms Systems

For hybrid meetings, it’s important ensure your meeting space is set up for success. AV2000 can help you use the following considerations to make sure people and content can be seen and heard in hybrid meetings:

  • Lighting    Make sure there are no shadows or dark spots in the room to ensure remote meeting participants will be able to see your face clearly in video

  • Acoustics    Reduce all background noise when possible, and use materials that absorb noise where possible, like carpet and foam ceiling tiles

  • Microphones and speakers    In order for virtual and physical meeting participants to be able to speak and hear each other speak, you’ll need a combination of microphones and speakers

  • Cameras   Dedicated meeting room cameras will be required to ensure all meeting participants are clearly seen during meetings.

  • Display screens    One or two large screens will be necessary in order to show remote participants or to display a presentation.
